CHOCOLATE  SNOW-TOP COOKIES

All Purpose Flour	1 1/2 CUPS
Baking Powder	1 1/2 tsp.
Butter, softened	6 TBS. 
Eggs	2
Powdered Sugar	
Salt	1/4 tsp.
Semi--Chocolate Chips	10 oz. bag
Sugar	1 cup
Vanilla	1 1/2 tsp.

In bowl, combine four, baking powder and salt, set aside. 

Micro chocolate morsels in bowl on Med. power 2 minutes.  Stir.  If 
necessary, microwave another 30 seconds longer.   Stir till smooth.

In bowl, beat butter and sugar and eggs  until creamy.  Add melted 
morsels and vanilla.  Gradually beat in flour mixture. 

Wrap dough in plastic wrap.  Freeze till firm.

TO BAKE:
Preheat oven to 350*.  Shape dough into 1" balls, coat with powdered 
sugar.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 - 12 min. until tops appear cracked.  Let stand 5 min. on cookie 
sheet.  Cool completely.
