cheesy casserole bread

warm water	1 cup
sugar	2 tsp
yeast	2 tbsp 
	
milk	1 cup
margarine	2 tbsp
sugar 	3 tbsp
salt	1 tbsp
	
flour 	31/2 - 41/
sharp cheese	1 1/2 cups
egg  well beaten	1

oven  375     grease well 2 - 1 qt. casserole dishes

step 1  mix first 3 ingredients set aside for 10 minutes


step 2  in pot put next 4 ingredients heat until feels warm to touch

in large bowl mix above ingredients   add 1 1/2 cups flour and cheese  mix  until smooth but lumpy with 
cheese slowly add 2 1/2  more cups flour till stiff doughbeat well  if dough is stillto soft gradually add 
remaining flour 1/4  cup at a time till stiff may not need all flour

cover and let rise 45 minites

stir down the dough and put into casseroles

bake 40 - 50 min  turn out on to rack to cool right away
