+ 1t Dry milk	1 tb
Lemon juice	2 ts
Lime juice	2 ts
Orange marmalade	2 tb
Salt	1 ts
Sugar	2 ts
Water	2/3 c
White bread flour	2 c
Yeast, active dry	2 ts
Yeast, fast rise or machine	1 ts

Pinch lemon peel
This tangy bread has a fine, light texture.  The subtle yet
distinctive flavor makes it a perfect accompaniment for fish or
chicken.  Try it with swordfish baked with lime butter or your
favorite lemon chicken recipe.
Success Hints
If using fresh lemon peel, grate very fine and avoid using the white
pulp.
Use regular or rapid bake cycle.
   2 ts Yeast, active dry
