Margarine or Butter 2 TBS. Milk 1/4 cup OR Frozen Cauliflower, thawed 2 - 10 oz. Partly cooked Fresh Cauliflowe 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 TBSP. {**********} Heat oven to 400*. Arrange cauliflower in ungreased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 baking dish. Sprinkle with ham. Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth. Pour over ham. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake until topping is golden brown -- 20 to 25 minutes. 8 ERVINGS
