butter	1/2 cup
icing sugar	2 tbsp
flour 	1 1/2 cups
step 2	
brown sugar	1 1/2 cups
butter	1/2 cup me
eggs	2
vinegar	1 tsp
vanilla	1 tsp
raisins	1 cup

oven 350 

blend all ingredients in step and pat into 9 x 9 pan set aside

beat all ingredients in step 2 in order given fold in raisins

spread over base   bake 30 minutes

cool completely in pans  cut the next day
