BROCCOLI-ONION DELUXE Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Vegetables Nita {*****} All Purpose Flour 2 TBS. Cream Cheese 3 oz Dash of Pepper Frozen Broccoli 2 - 10 oz Frozen Small Whole Onions 2 cups Margaine 4 TBS. Milk 1 cup Salt 1/4 tsp Sharp Process American Cheese 2 oz Soft Breadcrumbs 1 cup {**********} Split broccoli and drain. Cook onions to directions and drain. In saucepan melt 2 TBS. margarine and blend in flour,salt and pepper. Add milk, cook and stir cheese until smooth. Place vegetables in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. pour sauce over and mix lightly. Sprinkle process cheese on top, then the bread crumbs which have been coated with the remaining margarine. Bake at 350* for 30 to 40 min.
