Bread Pudding

bread, diced	10 slices
eggs	4
milk	1 qt.
vanilla	1 Tbsp.
fruit cocktail, drained	16oz can
sugar	2/3 cup
Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325F
Place diced bread in a 13 by 9 pan.  Spread drained fruit
cocktail over bread.  In a medium bowl, mix milk, sugar, eggs
and vanilla thoroughly.  Pour over bread and fruit in pan,
squishing bread down to absorb milk mixture.  Sprinkle
cinnamon on top.  Bake for 1 hour or til toothpick tests done.
Allow to cool and keep refrigerated.
