BRANDIED BANANAS Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Desserts Nita {*****} Bananas, firm but ripe 3 Brandy 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine 3 TBS. Cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Grated Coconut 1/4 cup Orange Juice 1/2 cup Whipping Cream 1/2 cup {**********} 1. Peel bananas, slice lengthwise and arrange cut-side down in glass baking plate. 2. Cover with sauce of orange juice mixed with the Brandy. 3. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and grated coconut. Dot with butter. 4. Bake in 350* oven for 20 min. 5. Serve with whipped cream.
