Blueberry Buckle

sugar	3/4 cup
shortening	1/4 cup
egg	1
milk	1/2 cup
flour	1 3/4 cup
baking powder 	2 tsp
salt	1/2 tsp
blueberries	2 cup froz

oven 375  grease and flour 9 x 9 pan

Mix first three ingredients well  add milk mix well   blend dry ingredients stir well fold in blueberries     
spread in pan  bake 45 - 50 minutes   or until toothpick comes out clean
