APRICOT CONGEALED SALAD Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Salads Nita {*****} Apricots (1 can) (17 oz.) Celery, finely chopped 1/2 cup Cool Whip, thawed 1 cup Lemon-Flavored Gelain (1 Pkg.) (3 oz.) Mayonnaise 1/3 cup Miniature Marshmallows 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped 1/2 cup {**********} Drain apricots, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup liquid. Heat to boiling. Add gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Cool. Chop apricots and combine with remaining ingredients. Stir into gelatin. Pour into a 4 cup mold and chill until firm. Yield: about 8 servings.
