ANOTHER MEATLOAF Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Meats Nita {*****} Brown Sugar 2 TBS. Egg 1 Fresh Bread Crumbs 1 cup Ground Meat 1 1/2 lbs. Medium Onion 1 Pepper 1/4 tsp. Prepared Mustard 2 TBS. Salt 1 1/2 tsp. Tomato Sauce small can Vinegar 1 TBS. Water 1/4 cup {**********} Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly mix beef, bread, onion and 1/2 of the sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow pan. Combine remaining sauce with the rest of the ingredietns. Pour over the loaf. Bake at 350* degrees after 1 1/4 hours, baste loaf several times.
